Thanks to Silverbridge Properties, Helena Coward was finally able to move to her brand-new retirement apartment

Helena owned a fabulous 5-bed house in East Sussex but realised that downsizing to a smaller, and more manageable property, was becoming necessary. A 2-bed corner plot at Wildernesse House, with generously-sized rooms, was chosen by Helena as best suited her needs. The next crucial step was listing her existing home on the market. Fortunately, a buyer was found but, after two months, and a lot of legal paperwork, they pulled out. A second buyer came along in January 2023 but was unable to raise the necessary finance, and so also withdrew.
This left Helena in a difficult situation since more than six months had elapsed since she first reserved her flat at Wildernesse House. It was at this point that Elysian Residences suggested that she speak with Silverbridge Properties about Part Exchange to help solve her issue.
